Jolene Mannina created the Back Of House Brawl in 2011 to celebrate the culinary community in Las Vegas. The Back of House Brawl, aka BOH Brawl, is a late night chef competition that begins after restaurants close in Las Vegas. It soon became the late night after hours for chefs, servers, bartenders and restaurant managers on Saturday nights. Within 4 years, over 50 chefs from top restaurants competed for bragging rights and in 2013, the BOH Brawl was picked up by the FYI Network. It was renamed Late Nite Chef Fight and ran for 2 seasons on television.
