Chef Gary FX LaMorte is the Vice President for the renowned Mina Group. Prior to joining Michael Mina, a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur who owns 18+ restaurants nationwide, LaMorte held the Executive Chef position at Andre's Monte Carlo of the Gastronomy Management Group. When he left his position in 2011, LaMorte was considered one of the top free agents in the Vegas culinary world at the moment.
